A look into my creative and professional world.
With a BA in Radio-TV-Film, an MFA in Screenwriting, and a career in Film Education, I have dedicated my life to fostering the development of cinema and time-based media. My most recent short films have been screened at the University Film and Video Association Conference, Conquering Disabilities With Film Festival, and Global Accolade Competition.
Inspired by the works of Abel Gance, Salvador Dali, Dziga Vertov, Fritz Lang, Sergei Eisenstein, and many others, I've sought to channel what I've learned from early 20th century filmmakers into works that express concepts and concerns that have plagued my mind. With the advance of new technology, I've been witnessing the rapid dissolution of barriers between audio-visual mediums while connecting the techniques required to assemble them to those unrelated to cinema entirely. This is not surrealism but a deconstruction of what it means to create.
